Your order will be sent via Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked Service. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been despatched.

Your internationals orders will be sent via Royal Mail Standard Service.
Please not that if you live outside of the EEC customs and import charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.
You have 28 days to return your unopened and unused items. Please note that any returns requests outside of the timescale of 28 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and it must be in the original packaging. We cannot refund any returned items that are not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts.

If you are returning an order that is worth more than £50, we recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You can return any item that you are not happy with. Please return items within 28 days. The items you are returning should be unopened, unused and in it's original packaging.
Please note that we do not cover the postage costs to return the item back to us.
Once we receive the return, we will process the refund or exchange and we will keep you updated via email on the progress of your refund.
