- FREE UK Standard Delivery for orders over £25 (2-5 working days)
- £2.95 UK Standard Delivery for orders under £25 (2-5 workings days)
- £4.95 UK Next Day Delivery (order before 3pm - Monday to Friday, orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be despatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday)
Your order will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked Service. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been despatched.
REST OF WORLD DELIVERY:
- EXPRESS VIA DHL £15.00 - ALL DUTIES PRE PAID When you choose this service your order will be sent via DHL and will take approximately 2-4 days. This Shipping Option is subsidised by You Can Folk It! and we will pay all Custom Duties before your order is delivered to you. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been despatched.
- STANDARD POSTAL SERVICE £5.00 - DUTIES PAID BY CUSTOMER When you choose this service your order will be sent via Royal Mail and will take approximately 10-21 days any Custom Duties will need to be paid by you. Unfortunately, we are unable to advise you what these charges will be as import duties vary from country to country. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been despatched.
You have 28 days to return your unopened and unused items. Please note that any returns requests outside of the timescale of 28 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and it must be in the original packaging. We cannot refund any returned items that are not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts.

You can return any item that you are not happy with. Please return items within 28 days. The items you are returning should be unopened, unused and in it's original packaging.
Please note that we do not cover the postage costs to return the item back to us.
Once we receive the return, we will process the refund or exchange and we will keep you updated via email on the progress of your refund.
